[Application]

• These devices are screw CLAMPs for hanging hooks on lever blocks when constructing vessels and plants.

[Features]

• When hanging the hooks of lever blocks or chain blocks directly on objects, the load is concentrated at the end of the hooks. Therefore, accidents are likely to occur. The use of these devices can prevent such accidents.
• NPC-Ts are effective CLAMPs that enable an up and down motion between the upper eye hook and the lower screw when applied to lever blocks. At the same time, they enable right and left motion using the eye hole at the rear of the opening.
• Jig bearings grasp objects at the side opposite the screw. As the spherical teeth of the swivel jaw included in the jig bearings incline in proportion to the load, the opening of the CLAMP becomes narrow. In this case, NPC-Ts can prevent the teeth from escaping from the objects while you are working.
• NPC-Ts are so effective that you can pull and lift objects horizontally by simply handling the screw.

[How to Use the Product]

• Insert an iron plate into the opening zone of a CLAMP and then tightly fasten the screw.

[Precautions]

• Comply with the dimensions stated in the CLAMPs.
• Lift objects only within the range of the jaw opening as indicated in the CLAMPs.
• If the load is on the side that is not on a straight line with the eye hook, be sure to apply half of the value specified in the dimensions.
• Do not lift objects to stand them vertically.
