[Application]

• These devices are screw CLAMPs for hanging hooks on lever blocks when constructing vessels and plants.
• Only to simply operate screw, NPC-As can lift horizontally H-Type , T-type Shaped steel etc.

[Features]

• When hanging the hooks of lever blocks or chain blocks directly on an iron frame, the gross weight is concentrated at the end of the hooks. Therefore, accidents are likely to occur. The use of NPC-As as screw CLAMPs can prevent such accidents.
• Jig bearings grasp objects at the side opposite the screw. As the spherical teeth of the swivel jaw included in the jig bearings incline in proportion to the load, the opening of the CLAMP becomes narrow. In this case, NPC-As can prevent the teeth from escaping from the objects while you are working.
• NPC-As are so effective that you can pull and lift objects by simply handling the screw.

[How to Use the Product]

• Insert an iron plate into the opening zone of a CLAMP and then tightly fasten the screw.
• When you operate horizontal lifting, mount the CLAMP on the center of the mass so that the gross weight will not be localized or displaced from the center.

[Precautions]

• Comply with the dimensions stated in the CLAMPs.
• Lift objects only within the range of the jaw opening as indicated in the operating manual.
• If the load  is on the side that is not on a straight line with the eye hook, be sure to apply half of the value specified in the dimensions.
• Do not lift objects to stand them vertically.
• When you operate horizontal lifting, it must be to CLAMP more than 2 points. CLAMP to face 2 sides each other not one side.
