[Application]

• These devices are ratchet pushers that are used to arrange the interval of frames when settling the frames on outer plates and inner bottom plates of vessels.

[Features]

• When you operate the handle of the NPR-S ratchet pusher, the built-in screw emerges and its length is extended.
• These devices are much simpler to move and operate than HYD'JACK, so very efficient when settling frames of vessels.
• Legs (pieces) are attached to the bottoms of both pads of the NPR-Ss so that the ratchet pushers keep on an even keel.

[How to Use the Product]

• Fix the ratchet pushers to the inside of the objects to push and then operates the handle.

[Precaution]

• Comply with the dimensions stated in the manuals.
• In the case that the angle between a pad of the pusher and objects does not match, be careful that the pusher does not slip.
• If the screw escapes from the pipe, keep the inner part of the screw remain in the pipe by 50mm at least.
