Information and Use Precautions for National CLAMPs

1. Usage

CLAMPs, hooks, and ratchet pullers are devices for lifting iron blocks vertically or horizontally when moving, shipping, piling up, mounting, or manufacturing them. These are very effective devices that will allow you to work faster, more easily, and more safely in the applicable fields.

2. Precautions

CLAMPs, hooks, and ratchet pullers are devices that are easy to use and effective, but if used improperly, they may cause serious accidents, injuries, and damage to facilities. Thus, be sure to read the instructions and precautions in the accompanying product manual carefully. Use the devices in accordance with such instructions, and observe the precautions strictly.

3. Accident Compensation

If an accident occurs while using the products and such accident is proven to have been caused by errors in the products' manufacture, we will pay you for damages in accordance with the applicable product liability insurance.

4. Warranty Exceptions

Only those items stated explicitly as warranted in the accompanying product manual are warranted.

5. How to Maintain the Product

  • Store the products in a place where there is no water or moisture.
  • Classify the used CLAMPs into those that are fit for reuse or those that are not, according to the safety regulations.
  • Select the CLAMPs that are fit for reuse, and grease them. Then store them by model and size.
  • Select the CLAMPs that should be repaired or disposed of. Attach the label ?o not use?on them, and store them in a separate place.
  • Check the stored products regularly according to the safety regulations.
  • Before using the products, be sure to check their sizes and widths considering the sizes and widths of the objects that they will be used for.
