[Application]

• These devices are CLAMPs for safety belts to prevent objects from falling at high workplaces (dockyards, construction sites, etc.)
• If there is no place to hang the hook of a safety belt in a workplace, insert a CLAMP for safety belts into an iron structure and close the safety belt in order that operators can work safely.
• These devices are used to prevent tools (for examples, electric drills, electric drivers, impact wrenches, spanners, etc.) from falling at construction sites

[Features]

• These devices are casting products made of special alloy steels that are light, simple, and safe.
• Jig bearings grasp objects at the opposite side to a screw. As the spherical teeth of a swivel jaw included in the jig bearings incline in proportion to a load, the opening of a CLAMP becomes narrow. In this case, NPC-SBs can prevent the teeth from escaping from the objects while you are working.

[How to Use the Product]

• Insert an object into the opening zone of a CLAMP and then tigttly fasten the screw..
• Insert the hook of a safety belt into the eye hook of the CLAMP.

[Precaution]

• Do not use them to metals except steels.
• Do not use them in lifting.
• Use objects only within the range of the jaw opening stated in manuals.
• Grease screws and jaws after works.
• Before works, be sure to check the swivel status of a jaw and screws, the wear status of teeth.
